I wonder if a Malvern Estate agent are the same with the typical Medical Representatives who sells whatever drugs their company makes without caring about the quality. I wonder if the Malvern Estate agents would tell their customers or should I say “investors”, about the pipe leakage that’s not fixed or the squeaky hinges of the cabinet doors in the kitchen like the way the medical representative would thoughtfully forget to mention that their drug may cause some nausea or something like that. There are a lot of estate agents, but there are only some who care on what their client really wants and on what the real price or value of the house is. Despite the newly renovated facade outside, how about the pipes, walls, water supply and other stuff that should be attended to inside the house? Would the agents be honest enough to say that they just fixed it for a while but after a month, you have to call the plumber again? Think about it.

When I decided to move to Denver for my career it was probably one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. I was born in raised in Florida so I am sure you can imagine the apprehension I met when I told my family I was moving but it was something I wanted so I was going for it. One of the first orders of business was finding a place to live while I was there and because I did not know how long that would be I was looking to rent. It has been revealed that the Real Estate values on the Malaysian Island of Penang have increased rapidly since the introduction of the new legislation. Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman the deputy chairman of the state Barisan working committee claimed that the state government’s decision to raise land premium rates had caused property prices to go up. He also commented that “When the state government increases the premium as it wishes, the developers are forced to increase the value of the houses. It is a simple cause- and effect- factor. The housing market in Penang properties is likely to grow over the course of the year; it was agreed by a panel of experts at the Star Property Fair 2011. Chairman of the Real Estate Housing Developers Association Datuk Jerry Chan noted that there is “a lot of confidence” in the sector on the island, adding that there are local and foreign buyers who want to invest in property in Penang.
