My Grandmother and Her Mobility Scooter
My grandmother is cleaning out her garage, because she said that she thinks that it is time that she moves into a retirement village. She said that the house is so big and empty since my grandfather passed away and she feels that she wants to be around other people like her. I can understand that fully and would probably have done the same. She found my grandfather’s mobility scooter and said that she is still thinking about selling it, because she might need it some day. I think that she should keep it, but then again, it will remind her too much of my grandfather. I would have kept it. I am actually glad that she decided to move, because I was worried about her all alone in that big house. I would not want to live on my own like that at all. She will be happier in a retirement village.
